Garrett accepted us as a walk in last year in May I believe, we were driving from Denver to NorCal and had considered possibly moving to or near Carson City. I think it was a Wednesday evening just before 5pm when we walked in his office and we were looking at property the next day. We weren't sure we were going to buy, we were just beginning the process, not even sure what our intent was ourselves and we told Garrett that.
